"Rude, unhelpful. Wasted several people's time when all he had to do was say the coverage I was asking for help on wasn't in force on the policy. Instead, he had me go through the process of filing a claim; had the rep take their time to talk to me and help sort things out. That rep, Gerry, was WONDERFUL. need more like her and less like this Sean guy. Sean just wasted my time and State Farms company time. want to be treated like you don't matter? use Sean. want to feel like you matter? move on to someone else."

I am so glad that Gerry in the claims office was helpful since that is what they are responsible for- determining if claims are covered or not. Everyone matters regardless if you are a client or not. We give the best service but also cannot do something that we don't have control over or information on. Again- I am so happy that Gerry was able to take care of you on the claims process.
